Units come with modern kitchen appliances, but furnishings such as beds, couches, or tables are not included as standard. Residents are responsible for bringing their own furniture unless specified in the lease.

Utilities (electricity, water, etc.) are generally not included in the rent. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying their own accounts unless otherwise stated in the lease agreement. We use a third-party bill-consolidation service called Carma Billing. At Faculty all tenants enjoy complimentary Bell-fiber internet to their apartments, included in rent. ​

​Yes, Faculty47 is a pet-friendly community. Please review our pet policy and any applicable fees with property management before applying.

​If you anticipate a late payment, contact our leasing team promptly. Communication helps us work with you to find solutions. Repeated missed payments without notice may result in formal action as outlined in your lease.

Your Faculty47 home will be professionally cleaned and ready for move-in. If you notice any issues or damages within the first 48 hours, contact our team immediately so we can address them and ensure you are not held responsible. We ask residents to complete a self-led move-in inspection too. We want your first days at Faculty47 to be smooth and stress-free.

Yes. Residents must obtain tenant liability insurance to protect personal property and cover liability. ($1m liability insurance at minimum).
